           In Offline Data Entry Projects often there is no need for internet. Typing Knowledge is essential for these types of projects. Offline data entry projects include Offline Form Filling, Data Conversion, Data Typing, html Tagging, Copy Paste Job so on.

Form Filling:

          In this type of work, you have to fill forms through a software. The details will be given and the client may ask you to type the same details in a software and submit.  Some clients allow you to copy and paste things and some others ask you to type it manually. Data Typing, Data Conversion, Html Tagging:

            In all these works some image file will be given and you have type the details in the image file manually in Work file ar Excel file according to instructions. The image file often comes in the form of PDF, Tiff, Jpeg files.  In data typing (manual) you have to type all the details manually.  In Data conversion Project you can use software to converse the pages into a word file and then you can align the pages. Abby Fine reader, Solid PDF Converter are some good  softwares that are available.  In HTML Tagging Project, after typing or conversing you have to put HTML Tag. Training will be provided to put Html Tag.

How to put HTML Tag

1.   Before starting the page type <START> and at the end of the page type <END>.

2.   The given file name should be typed within <TITLE></TITLE>

For Ex: <TITLE>AMGC00260001</TITLE>. TITLE tag must be placed after the START tag.

    3. In the starting of the Paragraph or Paragraphs type <;BODY> and at  ending of Paragraph or Last Paragraph type </BODY>

    4. Use only single space in between the words.

  5. In Starting of the paragraph use <;P> and ending of the paragraph use </P>.

    6. Every line ending in the paragraph should be ended with <br>.
